Lab notebook

The earlier line, archived in public.

A lab ships, learns, and moves on. Roster, Dossier, Bridge, and ObjectCore were the earlier generation. Here is what we built, where it fell short of the bar, and what it became.

Roster
Archived
A Claude native team of AI specialists for every knowledge worker, wired into Microsoft 365.
The record of work idea was right, but governance was bolted on rather than the foundation. It now lives in Proof and idkt.
Dossier
Archived
Institutional memory you own, not rent, as plain files in your own git.
Owned, file based memory matters. The cited, version pinned discipline became dxp-kb.
Bridge
Archived
Agentic software delivery: plain language in, production software out.
The distance between describing software and shipping it is real, but it needed a stronger verification substrate. That substrate is Proof.
ObjectCore
Archived
A self replicating Claude Code plugin marketplace built as a software factory.
A factory of quality checked, versioned skills proved out. It became skillsmith, with hard quality gates.

Where it went

The current line is the provable layer: dxpwise (cited intelligence), dxp-kb (cited truth), Proof (governed records), idkt (trusted rooms), and skillsmith (quality gated skills). See the current index.
